Some specialty or made‑to‑order items may take a little longer due to supplier production times.

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately. This allows your items to arrive as quickly as possible and does not affect your shipping cost.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total, weight, or current promotions.
Free‑shipping thresholds (when available) will be clearly displayed on the website.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
Because we work with multiple suppliers, tracking updates may vary by item and carrier.

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Delays
Shipping times may be extended during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
Once an order has shipped, transit times are outside our control.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stalled Packages
