Refund policy
Because our products are shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners, returns are limited to situations where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or for items that have been used.
When a return or refund may be approved
A refund or replacement may be issued if:
The item arrives damaged
The item arrives defective or not functioning as intended
The wrong item was sent
To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

What happens after you contact us
Once we receive your information, we will coordinate with the supplier to confirm eligibility. If approved:
A replacement will be sent at no cost or
A refund will be issued to your original payment method
Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Used or opened items
Digital products (if applicable in the future)
Custom or made‑to‑order items
Items marked as final sale
Order cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed by the supplier. Once an order has entered production or shipping, it cannot be canceled.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact us. We will assist you in filing a claim or requesting a supplier review. Replacements are handled on a case‑by‑case basis.
